Total Race Limit 500 participants or 120 teams and 70 solo racers! All categories have limits
All pricing is per person except corporate. This means a team captain can set up a team and get early pricing and only team members who join late will be subject to any higher registration fee’s.
Forming your Team
On-line registration has several great features. Teams may now register and pay for their participants individually. Worried about not finding the perfect team or getting dinged for late registration? Get your team name signed up with a captain and recruit team mates later. Each persons fee is based on when they register, not when the team is complete.
We have found teams have great success connecting via Facebook to find a last teammate. So click the link at the top of the site and like our page to connect to other racers.
Corporate teams may add, delete or change members for free anytime before packet -pick-up. Normal fee changes apply during packet pick-up.

Duo – Male / Female/Co-Ed $110/$130/$155 (per person)
4 Person – Male/ Female $110/$130/$155 (per person)
5 Person CO-ED $110/$130/$155 (per person)
Corporate ( 6-10 People) team pricing $670/$770/$870 ( best per person deal, up to 4 people free)
WAIT LIST : We will start a wait list once a category is full. You can find people to who want to sell entries to closed categories on our facebook page or contact the race director.
Once we are full no new teams can be created.

Registration opens at 5 pm on May 10 th,
All price changes thereafter happen at 11:59 pm On-line registration closes Thursday before the event at 11:59 pm
Walk -up Registration: Registration and changes will be available during packet-pick-up on Friday only
Day of Registration: There is NO day of registration or rider substitution.
Snail Mail Forms
Teams or solo’s may register via snail mail, however the team captain must register the entire team at one time and their must be a waiver filled out for each member submitted in the entry packet. Fee will be based on post-marked date.
Race Changes, Category Changes, and Entry Transfers
YOU Can now edit items on your registration using your Lapio receipt. Racer name, phone, address and e mail. You can also change team category IF it is in the same price structure ( duo, 4 person, 5 person) and if the team name will stay the same.

There are NO REFUNDS! We begin planning, permitting, and purchasing items for an event well in advance based on your pre-registration. Therefore we have a strict no refund policy. Be aware when you decide to register. We feel like our flexible transfer and change policies should accommodate most people and situations.
If you simply can not find someone to take your entry we can give you a %40 discount to any of our other races or the next years event. This request must be made not more then 30 days prior and not less than 4 days prior to the event.
Gro Races is a proud member of the Dixie Mountain Bike Trails Association, the southern Utah chapter of IMBA. This event is being hosted in part to raise money and awareness for the planning, construction, and maintenance of local trails. GRO works with DMBTA to build new opportunities for bikes and trail in Washington County. Please consider donating a little extra during registration or joining.
All racers get an event beanie, race goody bag, Swag give-a-ways, night time feed zone, post race meal, band, and discounts to local vendors and shops.
The safety of racers, your crew, and our volunteers and staff is critically important to us here at GRO ! This means there may come a time when a race must be delayed, shortened or canceled due to Mother Nature or other uncontrollable circumstances. In this situation we will do our best to modifying time so we can get fair results, but under no circumstances will refunds be issued.
Looking for a Discount?
If you are forming a corporate team you can get %50 off your entry by pledging your team to help with the treat center or timing tent. Minimum of 3 volunteer hours per person on your team.
